Hosting a satellite symposium at the Annual Meeting offers the company an opportunity to invite the attendees at the annual meeting as well as any HCPs in the local Orlando area to the educational session. The symposium may be promotional or offer CE/CME credit to HCPs.

• Thurs, May 29^th: 6:15 am - 8:00 am, and 11:45 am - 1:30 pm
• Fri, May 30^th: 6:15 am - 8:00 am
• Sat, May 31^st: 6:15 am - 8:00 am

The Symposium fee entitles the sponsor to provide/offer a satellite symposium to meeting attendees during the Annual MAD-ID Meeting. These do not include direct costs of providing the symposium (e.g., speaker/moderator honoraria, speaker/moderator travel expenses, food, audiovisual, continuing education accreditation, etc).

The company may elect to utilize the services of MAD-ID’s official Medical Education partner, AG Communications, LLC, or another ME Company of their choice.

Date and time slots offered on a first come, first served basis, and will be confirmed once a Letter of Agreement with MAD-ID is signed and the fee is paid to MAD-ID.

Cancellation Policy

MAD-ID will be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket costs expended prior to cancellation, including non-refundable deposits, items purchased, and similar costs
