The CE credits are posted on the NABP website under your CPE Monitor # approximately 4 weeks after the program evaluation due date closes (normally 6 weeks post-meeting).

Character count is 3250 or less, and includes abstract title, author name(s) credentials (if included), affiliation(s), city/state, all content entered for Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions, and all spaces. No pictures, figures, or diagrams are allowed in the abstract submission.

The presenting author must be an author on the abstract or it will not be accepted.

Once the abstract is approved a PDF of your poster may be uploaded to the portal, there is no pre-review or approval required for your poster, nor is there a required format for your poster.

The MAD-ID embargo policy is in place to protect the scientific integrity of original abstract submissions to our annual meeting. All abstract submissions are preliminary until the time of the presentation or if previously authorized to be publicly released. Release of any information contained in any abstract prior to the embargo date will be considered a violation of policy and will result in the individual as well as the employer/affiliated company, institution, organization, etc. being removed from the annual meeting scientific sessions with a two-year ban on returning.
Prior Publication
The authors of the abstract are responsible for coordinating the publication data and time so that it aligns with the MAD-ID embargo policy. If the publication occurs online or in print before the specific embargo data set by MAD-ID, the abstract must be withdrawn. Please notify MAD-ID via email at abstracts@mad-id.org. Failure to notify MAD-ID of the publication will result in a ban on the ability to submit abstracts for all authors for two years.
The specific embargo date for the 27th Annual MAD-ID Meeting is May 28, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
Please note: The embargo policy does not apply to encore (previously presented) abstracts at the 27th Annual MAD-ID Meeting.

The check is provided on-site at the conclusion of the meeting after 12:30 pm on Saturday, May 31st. Please refer to LINK for the grant requirements.

The speaker’s slides are not provided to the attendees.

Program materials will be available electronically prior to the meeting for your review and/or download, no hard copy handouts will be provided.
